MEMBERSHIP

T&C for the Membership

1.  Membership is open for all at a minimum rate of Rs50 First time and Rs10 is applicable for renewal annually which will be non-refundable on any T.C.

2.Approval of the membership as a member will be solely decision of the trust.

3.You are free to give suggestions, but trust will not have any binding to take or reject it.

4. You can not take any kind of decision in or on the behalf of the trust.

5. You can perform your duties as allotted to you.

6. You can quit the membership as desired by you.

 

Roles & Responsibility of Members

1.  Attending trust meetings.

2. Perform the duties assigned.

3. Volunteer and take on functional responsibilities for advising and assist in major activities.

4. Extend personal expertise for the benefit of the trust.

5. Assist in promoting and publicizing Project and Events.

6. Advise, where relevant in day-to-day activities of the trust.

7. Propose projects and ideas for trust.

INTERNSHIPS

 

Social media internship

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

1.Create a plan for social media strategies monthly.

2. Assist in the growth of trust by raising awareness through various social media platforms.

3. Interact with followers by communicating and answering questions through the trust social page.

4. Increase followers on trust social media handles.

5. help create content and post.

Who are we looking for ?

–  Someone who lives and breathes social media, followers current affairs.

– Someone who can write.

– Have relevant skill and interest.

– Must proficient in both language (Hindi, English).

-Someone who is immensely creative and always bubbling up with new ideas.

T&C for Social Media Internship

1. This internship is for one month and may be extended as per the decision of the trust.
2. Must be proficient in both language (Hindi, English).
3. Certificate will be provided after completion of one month internship.
4. On successful completion of the internship, every intern will be provided with an internship certificate.
5. Top 3 interns will  receive internship certificate, letter of recommendation and other incentives that will be subject to the decision of trust.
6. The roles and responsibilities of the intern will be informed to them by the internship coordinator after the selection of the application as an intern.

Duration – 1 month

 Location – Virtual Mode

Certificate will be provided after completion of one month internship.

Law Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on drafting, negotiating and legal analytical skills.

2. Handle the Drafting work.

3. Handle legal research work.

4. Ensuring the legal documents are processed timely for review and auditing.

Who are we looking for ?

– Excellent communication  (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills.

– Ability to work alone or as part of team.

– Excellent knowledge of laws and rights.

Qualifications-

–  Required to have a degree or a great knowledge or experience in law or public policy.

– Minimum eligibility to apply is that the intern should have a Bachelors degree in law or public policy or in any other field.

Editorial Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. To plan, organize, edit, and review materials for publication to attract the interests of the viewers.
  2. To assist the editor of the publication.
  3. Furthermore, you are also encouraged to pitch new ideas and to support other member of the team in their research.
  4. Proofread and edit written material to improve its contents.
  5. Suggest ideas for headlines.
  6. Assist in research and verifying facts.
  7. Able to meet daily deadlines.

 

Who are we looking for ?

– Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills.
– Ability to work alone or as part of team.
– Excellent command over English.

Qualifications-
– Required to have a degree or a great knowledge or experience in English language or public policy.
– Minimum eligibility to apply is that the intern should have a Bachelors degree in English literature or public policy or in any other field.

T&C for law internship

I) This internship is for one months and may be extended as per the decision of the trust.
II) Intern would not be allowed to leave the internship in between.
III) On leaving the internship in between in any condition would lead to end of his/her internship and he/she would not be eligible for any kind of internship certificate or any other kind of incentive from the trust.
IV) This internship will have limited number of intern opportunities.
V) On successful completion of the internship, every intern will be provided with an internship certificate.
VI) Top 3 interns will receive internship certificate, letter of recommendation and other incentives that will be subject to the decision of trust.
VII) The roles and responsibilities of the intern will be informed to them by the internship coordinator after the selection of the application as an intern.

Duration – 1 month

Fund Raising Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. motivate and facilitate supporters to maximise the funds they raise.
2. inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters.
3. develop new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve organising virtual events.
4. raise awareness of the charity and its work at local and national levels, e.g., giving talks to groups or seeking photo opportunities with the media.
5. develop and coordinate web-based fundraising, online auctions and merchandise sales.
6. increase funds by researching and targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the charity’s aims and activities.
7. develop and implement a strategy for individual and corporate supporter recruitment and development.
8. oversee corporate fundraising, including employee giving and matched giving from employers.
9. manage and update databases to record donor contact and preference information.
10. write applications and mailshots, using direct mailing to reach a range of potential and current donors.
11. carry out risk analysis and balance time-cost ratios to focus effort on the fundraising activities that are most appropriate and will have the highest chance of success.
12. Able to meet weekly deadlines.

Internship Coordinator Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support intern program launches by pulling reports, managing candidate communication, and participating actively in program strategy meetings.
2. Manage and coordinate the technical, audio- visual and team-based interactive events conduct over the internet.
3. Help watch the trust Facebook page to keep it update with news, events and stories.
4. Schedule, promote, and host events; facilitate group Facebook page; supervise use of group rehearsal space.
5. Create and update human resources and organizational development documents including policies, standard operating procedures, forms, and process documentation.
6. Review and approve the Internship Application.
7. Assist candidates in using supervision effectively.
8. Assess candidates progress and professional behaviour, and provide feedback to candidates on monthly evaluation.
9. Be available for consultation should questions or problems arise.
10. Able to meet weekly deadlines.

Qualifications-

– Required to have a degree or a great knowledge or experience in management or Human Resource.
– Minimum eligibility to apply is that the intern should have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Human Resource or in any other field.
